Comp~ehenatve Plan Attach the appropriate pages from comprehensive recreation plan of the applicant unit of government, identifying the proposed project. Haps and statements regarding the priority of this project are particularly important. Letters of Interorganlzational Cooperation Attach one copy of each letter from outside civic groups~ businesses, and/or individuals that are providing financial or volunteer assistance to the proposed project. In order to qualify for points, each letter must specify: the donating organization, type of assistance, dollar amount or assistance, when the assistance will be provided, and the primary contact person for the organization, including his/her telephone number. Contributions consisting of time, money, eaterials, equtpment~ or labor is considered part of local match. Points are awarded based on the percentage of the total project costs. General letters of endorsement will not be considered. Local Share Indicate source and amount of local share. The probability exists that the local share could be 50~ ot more.
