Absent: <br />Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Refer to page 6 for further action. <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review: Case Of Mr. Gilbert Menkveld: <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld and his surveyor, Jeff Caine, were present. At the last <br />Planning and Zoning meeting Mr. Menkveld was advised to redraw the sketch <br />plan with a cul-de-sac to access the 6 lots to minimize accesses onto Cty. <br />Rd. #63 to one; it was also requested that an easement for future road <br />access to the property to the south be provided. 5~r. Menkveld presented <br />what Mr. Caine proposes as the most feasible layout. The revised sketch <br />plan included 3 accesses onto Cry. Rd. #63 (one cul-de-sac to access four <br />lots and two lots with accesses directly onto Cty.
