Mr. Dryden was present requesting a minor subdivision of a 20 acre parcel <br />located south of Cty. Rd. #64 and he did not have a soil boring report. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Zi~merman to <br />table Mr. Dryden's request for a minor subdivision until such time as soil <br />borings are provided that will prove there is at least one buildable site <br />on each lot. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Zimmerman noted that Burns Township <br />requires soil borings with all building permit applications. Commission <br />consensus was that Staff should discuss such a requirement with the <br />Building Official and report back to the Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Shumway, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case ~7.. Request For Site Plan Review: Case Of Mr. Bob Muller; <br /> <br />Mr. Muller was present requesting site plan review of his proposed facility <br />to be constructed on the southwest corner of 167th Avenue N.W. and Hwy. <br />~47. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend approval of a site plan as su~nitted contingent upon Mr. Muller <br />entering into a develot~nent agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Shumway, Howell and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case ~8-. Requ_ est For Sketch Plan Review: Case Of Mr. Gerald Bauer: <br /> <br />Mr. Bauer and his surveyor, Jeff Caine, were present requesting sketch plan <br />review of a proposed subdivision located north of Cty. Rd. ~7 and east of <br />the existing Ford Brook Estates. <br /> <br />Ys. Norris stated that the buildability of Lots 1 on Block 1 and Block 3 <br />are questionable and Mr. Raatikka is concerned with Lots 2 of Block 2 <br />accessing onto a county road. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer expressed concern with two of the extending into Burns <br />Tcwnship boundaries. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell <br />approving Mr. Bauer's sketch plan for his proposed subdivision l'ocated <br />north of Cty.
