PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA OOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESCTrA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, March 31, <br />1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmamber A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting to order at 7:35 p. mo and <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INFOT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case ~.9: Proposed resolutin declaring April as Registration Awareness <br /> Month. <br /> <br />Case #10: Proposed resolution appointing the Commissioner of <br /> Transportation as Ramsey's agent for receiving MSA funds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the special meeting at 7:37 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />Sewer and water extension to the Industrial Area <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting back to order at 8:03 p.m. <br /> March 31, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
