Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~8: Request To Occasionally Add An Additional Pa~e To Ramsey <br /> Resident Newsletter: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that on occasion, a four page newsletter is not <br />sufficient space to address all the activities that need to be published in <br />a given month. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to authorize <br />the publication of a 6 page newsletter as needed. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~9: Receive Petition ODDosin? Sealcoatin? Project ~87-5: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley reported that there are 25 units in the project area; there are <br />12 legitimate signatures on the petition opposing the project; 12 <br />signatures is less than 50% but it is a substantial petition. <br /> <br />Coun¢ilmember Cox noted that this area had sealcoating improvements delayed <br />once already. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to receive <br />the petition opposing Sealcoating Project #87-5 signed by 12 of the 25 <br />units. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca inquired as to the age of the <br />streets in this area. Mr. Raatikka replied that the project area is 8 <br />years old. Mayor Reimann directed that the petition be brought to <br />Council's attention when the sealcoating projects are addressed in May. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Letter of gratitude to RYAA regarding pancake breakfast - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson directing <br />that a letter be forwarded to the RYAA expressing Council's gratitude for <br />the excellent job done on the Pancake Breakfast. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
