excluded, it is allowed and the property owner prevails. <br /> <br />Commissioner Howell stated that Planning and Zoning also needs Council's <br />direction regarding a sunset clause for businesses in residential areas and <br />buildings that don't meet City Code. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that Ramsey is growing and the City needs to get more <br />restrictive with what is allowed in residential areas and phase out or step <br />up terms of operation for existing businesses in residential areas. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that another possibility would be not allowing a <br />use to continue as property changes hands. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mowell stated that another concern of Planning and Zoning is <br />the truck traffic related to the creation of a man-made lake and whether or <br />not there is sufficient clearance between the railroad tracks on Cty.
