PROf~EDINGS OF CITY O0UNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANfZA GOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 16, <br />1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilm~mber Arnie Cox <br />Councilm~mber Jean Schlueter <br />Councilm~r A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Chief of Police Michael Auspos <br />Community Develot~ment Planner Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CAT,T, ~ ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mrs. Ella Pomeraning - Stated that she is anticipating selling 80 acres of a 91 <br />acre p~rcel and requested Council approval of a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> <br />Council noted that Planning and Zoning is conducting a special meeting this <br />evening in the Municipal Center lower level; that Mrs. Pomeraning's request <br />will be placed on the Council agenda but she should first approach Planning and <br />Zoning for their recommendation. <br /> <br />APPRDVAL OF AGESDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilm~mber Cox to approve <br />the agenda with the following adjustments and additions: <br /> <br />Case #17: Request for metes and bounds subdivision; case of Mrs. Ella <br /> Pomeraning. <br /> <br />Case #18: Purchase of squad car. <br /> <br />Case #19: Approval to enter into letter of engagement for audit of year <br /> end 1986. <br /> <br />De~ember 16, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 3 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
