City Improvement Projects Andrie Street and 164th Lane Reconstruction. A web page was created for this project and will continue to be updated during construction as new information on the project becomes available. Mill and overlay improvements are scheduled to occur on Sunwood Drive between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and the bridge between 1471" Lane and Krypton Street/Court beginning September 6 and ending September 16, weather permitting. Work includes replacing damaged curb and gutter, repairing storm sewer structures, and milling and overlaying 2" of bituminous pavement. Sunwood Drive will remain open to traffic during construction. Access to abutting driveways will be maintained as best as practical, but driveway access will be restricted up to 5 days if curb and gutter repairs are needed along driveways. During these times, parking on the street will be allowed overnight. 2016 Crackseal and Sealcoat Improvements. Over 16 miles of City streets were cracksealed and sealcoated in late August. This work is essentially complete, except for sweeping and striping. Business Park 95 Regional Stormwater Pond Improvements. Improvements to the regional stormwater pond within Business Park 95, located east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard between Highway 10 and Bunker Lake Boulevard, will be completed in 2016. Proposed improvements include clearing and grubbing trees and grading the soil to expand the capacity of the pond, along with some ditch grading and installation of storm sewer to provide an outlet for this pond, which is currently land -locked. Zeolite Street Storm Sewer Extension. Trunk storm sewer will be extended this fall along and across Zeolite Street, south of Bunker Lake Boulevard. This work will require a traffic detour of Zeolite Street between Sunwood Drive and Bunker Lake Boulevard. More will be known next week about the schedule and duration of the project and detour. MnDOT Improvement Project Highway 47 at 142"d Avenue. This safety improvement project will reconstruct the center median for the purpose of closing access for southbound vehicles on State Highway 47 to eastbound 142°d Avenue. The estimated construction cost is $166,000. Work is scheduled to begin on August 22 and to be complete by September 9, 2016. Anticipated hours of work are between 7:00 am and
