Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen, Deemer, Zimmerman and LaDue. Voting no: None. Absent: <br />C(mmuissi~r I{owell. <br /> <br />Case ~2: Schedule _Special Planning and Zoning_ Comuission Meeting_. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner ~endriksen and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />schedule a special Planning and Zoning CQumission meeting for Tuesday, January <br />20, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review the site plan <br />for cc~uercial develolm~nt proposed for River's Bend Plaza P.U.D. and any cases <br />left from tonight's agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: <br />Ccmmissi~r Howell. <br /> <br />Request for Preliminary Plat Approval of Now and Then Estates; <br />Cas~ of Mr. Paul Ber~ils <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Bertils was present and stated that he had not yet received soil <br />borings for the plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Ccmuissioner Shu~way and seconded by Ommuissioner Zimmerman to table <br />action on Mr. Bertils' request until soil borings have been provided to the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Cc~nissioner ~n~driksen oc~nented on the Park Commission <br />review cf the plat.
