Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivision: Case_of Mr. Gerald <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer was present and explained that he is requesting a metes and <br />bounds subdivision of Lots 3 and 6, Block 10, Ford Brook Estates. Mr. Bauer <br />stated that Lots 3 and 6 are both buildable; however, Lot 3 needs additional <br />property or filling in order to provide a building site similar to others in <br />Ford Brook Estates. <br /> <br />Motion by Ca~/ssioner ~endriksen and seconded by Cxmm~ssioner Deemer to table <br />Mr. Bauer's request until January 20, 1987 to allow the Comm_ission to review <br />Mr. Bauer' s site. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Chairman Peterson <br />and Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case~8: Request for Metes and Bounds Subdivision= Case of Mr. Joe] <br /> <br />Mr. Joel Tna~en was Ixesent and explained that at the last C(mmission meeting, <br />he requested a metes and bounds subdivision of a 16 acre parcel into two 8 acre <br />parcels. Bowever, sinoe that time the buyer has indicated that he would like <br />more property. Mr. Tncmsen is now requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of <br />that parcel into one 3 acre parcel and one 13 acre parcel. Both lots will have <br />275 feet of frontage along County Road #5 and will use a common access to <br />County Road #5. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />r~ approval Of a metes and bounds subdivision of Mr. Thomsen's parcel <br />into one 3 acre paroel and one 13 acre parcel with a common access to County <br />~oad $5. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Bendriksen, Deemer and Sh~m~ay. Voting no: None.
