Deemer denied that he took it upon himself to act as Building Official; <br />inquired as to wl~ Councilmmber Cox tabled this case when it was brought to <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he feels all commission appointments and <br />reappointments should be delayed until after the first of the year which would <br />give the Council that will be working with that ccmmission the opportunity to <br />have some say in the composition of the commissions. Counc~r Cox stated <br />that if Mr. Deemer's reappointment would have been up for discussion two years <br />ago, he would have voted no at that time. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Rea__~point David Cha_~an and Dennis Donovan to the Airport Commission to <br />serve three year terms to expire Dec~mber 31. 1989 - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember $orteberg to <br />reappoint David Chapman to the Airport Cxmm~ssion to serve a three year term to <br />expire December 31, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />reappoint Dennis Donovan to the Airport Cammission to serve a three year term <br />to expire December 31, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
