The Ram Planning and Zoning Cc~mission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, February 3, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />M~mbers Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zi~merman <br /> <br />Mr. Terry ~endriksen <br />Mr. (harles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim ~well <br /> <br />Community Develofment Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />FUBLIC ~JURING <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the regular meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for conditional use permit to construct and operate <br />manufacturing/retail sales in the B-1 Business Distriict; case of <br />Construction Consultants. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />Case #12 - To be discussed batween Cases #1 and #2. <br /> <br />;~d Case ~5.A- Sketch Plan Of Minor Subdivision East Of Pondvale <br />Estates And South Of 149th Lane. <br /> <br />Moti~ carried.
