Mr. Barrows is replacing Harry Niska,with a term through December 31, <br /> 2018. City Clerk Thieling issued the Oath of Office to Commissioner Barrows on July 1, 2016. <br /> Following are the current members and terms: <br /> Mark E. Anderson-term to expire 12/31/2016 <br /> Susan Anderson-term to expire 12/31/2017 <br /> Mark R.
