Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the ]tbllowing resolution and moved for its adoPtion: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vern Olson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9. ll.09 regarding landscape requirements adjacent to public roads for a <br />property located at 7039 Hwy. 10 and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Kovar Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 1, 2004, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from landscape requirements <br />along the southern property line of the Subject Property, adjacent to Highway 10. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # ., a variance to the landscape requirements adjacent to <br />public roads, as established in Section 9.11.09 of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby denied <br />tbr the Subject Property. <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing the variance <br />request. <br /> <br />The motk)n for the adoption of the foregoing resolution Was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the t'ollowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the '~bllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 1st day of July 2004. <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> <br />
