Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly <br />applied ~br a variance from Section 9.50.30(3)(a) regarding public street right-of-way width for <br />the Ramsey Town Center 4rh Addition and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot EE, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Mirmesota ("Subject <br />Property); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, tlie Board of Adjustment met on July 1, 2004, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the street right-of-way <br />requirements as part of the Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #__., a variance to the street right-of-way requirements, as <br />established in Section 9.50.30(3)(a) of the Ramsey City Code, to create a 58-foot wide <br />right-of-way for 145th Ave. in the plat of Ramey Town Center 4th Addition is denied. <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing the variance <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon .vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the fo[lowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the l:bllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment tkis <br />the 1st day of July 2004. <br /> <br />31 <br /> <br /> <br />
