8 <br /> <br />8. That the proposed building would be situated on a concrete slab that already exists as a <br /> basketball court. <br /> <br />That the proposed building will meet both the minimum side and rear yard setbacks for <br />detached accessory structures. . <br /> <br />10. That the exterior finish of the building will consist of hardboard lap siding that will match <br /> three of the four sides of the existing home. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed structure will not exceed sixteen (16) feet in height as measured at the <br /> mean gable roof height. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicants have stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for <br /> personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />13. That the construction of the detached accessory building will comply with all applicable <br /> International Building Codes. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />15. That the proPosed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will/will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-07- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
