Chairperson Nixt comn-tented he really likes the Staff updates. He stated if the City Council <br />moves in a direction different from the Planning Commission or votes against the Plam~ing <br />Commission's recommendation he would appreciate knowing about it. <br /> <br />Case #9 <br /> <br />Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald reminded the Commission there is a Special Planning Commission <br />Meeting on June 16th at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Town Center Development Guidelines, which <br />the Commission will receive next week. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted he would not be able to attend that meeting. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald distributed the scoping document for the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jotmson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion cmTied. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Jeffrey, <br />Shepherd, Van Scoy and Watson.
