Consultant Mulrooney advised the pertinent pages of the development agreement have been <br />included for Council review. The other sections deal with indemnity, construction documents, <br />prohibitions against assignments, and transfer to the agreements to pay deficiencies. The entire <br />agreement is available at City Council request. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, <br />Pearson, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:24 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:24 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimme~man, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to authorize <br />business subsidy agreement with O'BRIEN PROPERTIES OF MONTICELLO, LLC. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Pearson, Cook, <br />Elvig, Kurak, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to autl~orize <br />execution of the FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT <br />with O'BRIEN PROPERTIES OF MONTICELLO, LLC., contingent upon review by the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councihnembers Zimmerman, Strommen, Cook, <br />Elvig, Kurak, and Pearson.
