Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to recommend Mayor Gamec, <br />Councilmembers Elvig and Strommen as a negotiating team to continue negotiations with <br />Ramsey Town Center, to be ratified by the full Council. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Mayor Gamec noted a special meeting may need to be called to ratify the <br />results of the negotiations. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Cook, Elvig, Kurak, <br />Strommen, and Zirm~m~nan.
