Upon Completion of site activities EMS will provide a final report with applicable <br /> transportation and disposal documentation. Terms of payment:Net 30 days of invoice. <br /> Scope of work notations: <br /> a) EMS reserves the right to request a written change order in the event additional unidentified or unusual conditions are <br /> discovered during the demolition process. <br /> b) Hazardous and or regulated materials are not addressed within this proposal.
