I

I
I

I

I

I

October ZI, 1983

Dear Owner/Occupant:

It has been brought to my attention that there are some obstructions in the
road right-of-way in front of your property that could interfere with snow
removal. Fences, posts, railroad ties, planters, etc. could be damaged by snow
removal equipment or could do damage to the snow removal equipment for
which the homeowner would be billed. Fences and planters should be no closer
to the road than the property line which is normally 33' from the center of
the road. We need this area for snow removal. Railroad ties and posts by
the driveway should not protrude above the grade of the edge of the road becatme
they cannot be seen after it snows. Please take care of this a~ soon as possible
before the snow season begins.

there are #ny questions, you can contact me at one of the following numbers!

Ramsey City Hall
Public Work~ Garage

4Z7-1410
4Z7-4180

Sincerely,

Merle Mevissen
Public Wor~ Superintendent

MM,pjc
