I Councilmember Van ~agner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> its adoption: <br /> i ~.ESOL~TZO~ %83-199 <br /> i ~EREAS, the Council Budget Committee hereby recommends that $3,989 <br /> from the Park Improvement Fund 8.02 be used to purchase bleachers. <br /> <br /> I ~OW T~I~tKFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITX COUNCIL, CIT~ OP RAWSEY, ANOKA <br /> COU]~TX, STAR OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby approved of the utilizing of $3,898 from' the <br /> Park Improvement Fund 802 to assist in covering the cost of bleachers as <br /> stated in the City's 1984 Operational Budget. <br /> <br /> I 2) It is hereby approved of the transfer of funds from Park <br /> Improvement Fund 802 to Park Fund 215. This will have to be accomplished <br /> by Council resolution when requested. <br /> I 3) It is directed that a copy of this resolution be furnished <br /> to the City Accountant. <br /> I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> by Mayor Gamec and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br /> i favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Schlueter and Reimann <br /> . and the following voted against the same: <br /> ~one <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br /> City Council this the 25th day of October, 1983. <br />! <br /> <br /> ATTEST: /.) /] ~ R R I hereby acknowledge receipt of the <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />
