I I I I I I I I I CASE #6: crrY'S LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE: Enclosure (DZ-f) contains a letter from T. C. Field & Company, the City's insurance agent, dated November 3, 1983. In September or October 1983 I requested that the City's liability coverage be checked out. Accordingly, this has been done by our agent and he is recommending that the City's umbrella policy be increased to three million dollars. I would also recommend that Council increase it to that amount. Council Action: Your action will be to approve of the City increasing it's coverage to either the one million dollar umbrella at $1,175 or the three million dollar umbrella at $1,650. Field & Company, the City's insurance agent. Further, that T. C. Field & Company be furnished a certified excerpt copy of the Council meeting minutes pertaining to this motion. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no CASE ~ 7: MISCELLANEOUS (A. RUM RIVER BRIDGE CROSSING; B. REOUESTED CHANGING OF ALL-WAY STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROADS #116 AND #57): I I I I I I i The following is hereby submitted on these two issues: a) Rum River bridge crossing - I spoke to County Commissioner Natalie Haas and she states that they are still working on this and she feels quite confident about getting a grant to construct this bridge. Council Action: No action is required. ~ b) City's requested changing of all-way stop signs at the intersection of County ~x~t3'Roads #116 and #57 - Enclosure (DZ-~) contains a letter from Anoka County ~' ~)~c~ated November 10, 1983 responding to the changing of the signalization of the _~-~b~above stated intersection. The City had requested that the stop signs be removed ~ ..~ fromCountyRoad#57. ~ ~ Council Action: Your action will be whatever you desire on this case.
