The reason I was trying to reach you was to notify you of <br />the fact you were being placed on the Ramsey City Council agenda for <br />their regular meeting of November 22, 1983. The reason being is their <br />action of October 4, 1983 to table any action until the November meeting <br />regarding the above referenced complaint. <br /> <br />On my visit of October 31, 1983, I briefly discussed with your wife the <br />subject of the sign you have placed on your property. I told her at that <br />time the sign would have to be removed as it was in violation of the City <br />Code. During routine inspections in your area I notifed the sign had not <br />been removed as of November 18, 1983. Please accept this letter as notice <br />you have seven (7) days to remove this sign. Failure to remove this sign <br />would be a misdemeanor and subject to penalties thereof. <br /> <br />If you are unable to attend this meeting, please do contact the City <br />Office at the above number as soon as possible.
