Voting No: None. .Case ~11: ?~option Of Pund Resolutions Re]ardin~ T~.e City Bud]et: Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec, for further discussion, to adopt Resolution %83-198 authorizing the use of Administrative Fund as outlined in said resolution which approves of a temporary loan in the amount of $35,000 from the Administrative ~rust Fund to the General Fund. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %83-198). Further Discussion: Councilmember Schlueter inquired if the $35,000 refers to a computer system. Mr. Schnelle replied that if Council proceeds with a computer system, this is how it will be fun~ed. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlu~ter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner to adopt Resolution #83-199 authorizing the use of Park ~mp. rovement Fund in the amount of $3,989 to be transferred when requested to the Park Fund to purchase bleachers. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %83-199). I I I I I Further Discussion: Mr. Schnelle stated that the same situation applies in this case; if Council approves the purchase of the bleachers, this is the policy addressing how.-it-will-be-funded. - .... Mayor Gamec seconded the motion. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilw~_mbers Sorteberg, Re~m~nn, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting NO: None. Case ~13: Airport Cc~mission: Mr. Schnelle stated that the Airport Co~aission is requesting that Council approve the preparation of a feasibility study of Gateway North contingent on the State supplementing the cost of this study by at least 50%. Councilmember Van Wagner noted the affects to McGregor's, Jia~y B's and Industry Blvd. involved with bringing the airport up to State stan~w~s. From an expense standpoint, Councilm-mher Van Wagner feels the project is not feasible. Mayor G_~-~c stated that Council requested an economic impact report from the Airport Cc~mlission researching the affects on surrounding properties is getting into too much ~etail. Mr. Pmatikka replied that the feasibility study is necessary, that it will ~etermine'if'i~ is possible for the City to have the airport.
