Voting No: None. b) Lea9ueOf Minnesota Cities' Memo Dated October 31, 1983 Re~a~din~ Minnesota Tax Commission - Council noted. MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT Councilmember Van Wagner referred to Radium Street in the vicinity of Bob's Super Valu, and stated that it turns into 168th, which is not marked, and it is causing confusion. Mr. Schnelle replied that the Public Works Department will be directed to install a sign designating 168th Lane. Council noted a memo dated November 15, 1983 from City Engineer Raatikka to Ramsey City Council and City Administrator regarding status of Magnesium Street. Council consensus is that Magnesium Street will remain as private property until all of the homeowners can reach an.agreement amongst themselves. Further, that the City Attorney should refer calls regarding this issue to Ramsey City Council and the City Attorney should not be approached again until all parties involved are in agreement. Mayor Gamec mentioned that the Ramsey Hot Shot Seniors are having a Christmas Party on December 7, 1983. Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to authorize City Staff to provide some sort of confection for the Ramsey Hot Shot Seniors Christmas Party. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adjourn this special meeting of the Ramsey City Council. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
