Voting Yes: Chairman Ippel, Commissioners Morrow, Moen, <br />Donovan and Sieber. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Greenberg, <br />Patz, Siebert and Soderholm. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AIRPORT CC~4MISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner consensus was to approve the Airport Commission meeting minutes <br />dated October 19, 1983 with the following correction: <br /> <br />Page 4, 13th paragraph - Change to read as follows: 'Commissioner Siebert <br />replied that the decline was due to the falling economy and the lack of a <br />good fixed base operation.' <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~1: ..Ai~pot Development Re~ardin~ Government Grants, Etc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Fcrtman and Mr. Harry Nemec of Minnesota Department of Aeronautics <br />were present to discuss airport development. <br /> <br />AP/November 16, 1983 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
