Metro Council's letter dated June 29, 1984. <br />2. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's letter dated <br /> June 29, 1984. <br />3. Minnesota Department of Transporation's letter dated <br /> July 3, 1984. <br />4. DNR's letter dated July 3, 1984. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter referred to the proposed findings of <br />fact, page 4, Section III, second paragraph and letter from <br />Minnesota Department of Health as it pertains to Case #3 of <br />Council Old Business in this agenda. Councilmember Schlueter <br />noted that the site is approved provided the City Engineer <br />assures that the well will be unaffected by comtaminants <br />from the landfill.
