I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired as to what happened to the abatement committee <br />formed 3 or 4 years ago. <br /> <br />Ms. Haas replied that in going back and reading their report, they <br />were not so far off. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he hopes we will not be waiting another <br />3 or 4 years for just another paper. <br /> <br />Case #16: <br /> <br />Letter Dated August 9, 1984 From Mr. Edward Moersfelder <br />to Mayor Gamec RegJrding Waste Management Of Minnesota, <br />Inc. Request For conditional Use Permit: <br /> <br />Council noted that the letter requests that Council take action <br />regarding the request for conditional use permit at their meeting <br />of September 11, 1984; Council will not be meeting September 11, <br />1984 as this is Primary Election Day. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to meet on Monday, September 10, 1984 and <br />authorizes Staff to notify Mr. Moersfelder and Waste Management <br />of Minnesota, Inc. of the change in meeting date. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Adoption Of Resolution Receiving Feasibility Report For <br />Paving Shoulders On 153rd AVenue NW From CoUnty Road #5 <br />To State Highway #47 And Variolit~e 'Stre~et NW North Of <br />161st Avenue NW: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that the City has $284,815 remaining <br />in it's MSA fund; these projects are estimated at $184,150. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter inquired as to where funds for MSA road <br />in River's Bend will come from. <br /> <br />Mr~ Raatikka replied that part of those funds will be taken from <br />1985 MSA fund. <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the <br />proposed resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to adopt Resolution #84~138 receiving feasibility <br />report on paving the shoulders of 153rd Avenue NW from County Road <br />#5 to State Highway #47 and Variolite Street NW north of 161st <br />Avenue NW. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-138) o <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to adopt Resolution #84-139 ordering preparation of <br />plans and specifications for paving the shoulders of 153rd Avenue <br />NW from County Road ~5 to State Highway #47 and Variolite Street <br />NW north of 161st Avenue NW. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #84-139), <br /> <br />Motion carried? Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann~ <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
