I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />turn out to be a real nice development. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Correction To Council Meeting Minutes Dated July 10, 1984 <br />Adopting The Findings Of Fact Regarding The Rezoning Of <br />Mr. Dick Hagen's Hi-Ten Sports Property: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Schlueter to adopt Findings of Fact 00 regarding the proposed <br />rezoning of the Dick Hagen Hi-Ten Sports property (8110 Highway <br />#10 NW). Further, that a notation be made in Council minutes that <br />adopted Ordinance #84-5 that this corrective action has been taken. <br />(Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 00 ). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, SChlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Adoption Of Resolution Regarding Need For Preliminary <br />Assessment To Identify Major Issues Relative To Traffic <br />In North Hennepin County And Southwest Anoka County: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the <br />proposed resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to adopt Resolution #84-148 regarding need for preliminary <br />assessment to identify major issues relative to traffic in north <br />Hennepin County and southwest Anoka County. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #84-148). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gmmec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: <br /> <br />Request For Variance To Sprinklin~ System; Case Of <br />Mr. Landowski, Sleep Easy Mattress 'Company: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to amend the development agreement between the City of <br />Ramsey and the Sleep Easy Matress Company to grant a variance to <br />the requirement of a sprinkling system and that a sprinkling system <br />will be installed within 30 days of municipal water becoming <br />available. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Request For Parade Approval For Ramsey's 10th Birthday <br />Celebration: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter noted that the final paragraph of the <br />permit request should state that the request was made on July 25, <br />1984, not August 25, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to approve the Rmmsey JayCee's request for a parade <br />permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
