! i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITIZEN INPUT Brenda Bauerkemper - 162nd Lane - Submitted copies of an article pubished in the August 8, 1984 Minneapolis Star and Tribune entitled "Pollutants Threaten California Water Basin" and requested that Council take this article into consideration when deciding whether or not to approve Waste Management of Minnesota Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit. Mayor Gamec did note that testing of residential wells adjacent to~ the landfill have been completed and tests show that there are bascially no problems; testing of the well on the Maas property did show some irregularities but this was expected as the well is only approximately 38' deep. Julie Heifort - 16?th Lane - Submitted, in writing, a request that Council amend the ordinance on recreational burning. Ms. Heifort stated that her neighbor is abusing the recreational burning ordinance and creating a safety hazard. Council consensus was to discuss Mayor/Council Input. Ms. Heifort's issue during Eunice Doman - Anoka Realty - Stated that her client, Mr. Gary Stritesky, is requesting Council approval to subdivide a 20 acre tract from an 80 acre parcel owned by Harold Barstow. Absent: Mayor Ga~ec pointed out that the issue of 4x4 racing will not be placed on the agenda; that the petition will be filed accordingly and the next tine 4x4 racing is brought before Council, the petition will be submitted as back-up ~aterial to the request.
