Absent: <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Correction Of City Council Meetinq Minutes Dated May <br />24~ 1984 Reqardinq The Approval Of Franchise Between <br />The City Of Ramsey And North Central Public Service: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that this ordinance was adopted prior to the <br />City Charter taking affect and therefore it is not necessary to <br />post arid read the correction to ordinance prior to adopting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to correct City Council meeting minutes dated May 24, <br />1984 regarding approval of the franchise between the City of <br />Ramsey and North Central Public Services which now reads "to <br />adopt Resolution #84-99 approving of the proposed resolution <br />between the City of Ramsey and North Central Public Service. <br />(Please refer to Resolution File for Resolution #84-99)." <br />The motion should be changed to read "to adopt Ordinance #84-4A <br />granting a franchise between the City of Ramsey and North Central <br />Public Service to operate a natural gas system in the City of <br />Ramsey. (Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #84-4A.)" <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, <br />Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter.
