i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> <br /> C/September 10, 1984 <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he inadvertently forgot to mention that <br />persons might be approaching Council later this evening regarding <br />PUD Golf Course development. <br /> <br />Council consensus was <br />proposed resolution. <br /> <br />to dispense with the reading of the <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter brought up for discussion the fact that <br />Lot 2 would not meet the 200' width requirement. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle replied that P&Z goes along with granting a variance <br />because it is an urban area planned for sewer and water some day. <br />Granting a variance would be in keeping with Council policy on <br />other plats in this area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to grant preliminary plat approval to Renner's Addition. <br />Further, to approve of granting the following variances: <br /> <br />1) Variance to Lot 2 regarding 200 foot width requirement. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Variance to Lots 2 and 3 regarding <br />highways (County Roads 57 and 116). <br /> <br />entering onto major <br /> <br />3) Variance regarding soil borings or topographical data. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Reimann, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion bz Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to adopt Resolution #84-125 granting final plat approval <br />for Renner's Addition. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #84-125). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
