Absent: Councilm~er <br />Reimann. <br /> <br />Case 97: Accepting Price Quotes For Carpet Cleaning~ <br /> <br />Council consensus is to hold off on carpet cleaning until the water leak <br />probl~ in City Hall lower level is solved and repairs made. <br /> <br />Case 98: Park: <br /> <br />a) Naming of Park Adjacent To River's Bend Development Project - <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter inquired if this park development has Council's <br />blessing. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle replied that Council did accept Mr. Arnie Cox's offer to have <br />the park developed through volunteer power. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to officially name park land adjacent to River's Bend Develo~ment Project <br />donated by Mr. Art Raudio as River's Bend Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember <br />Reimann. <br /> <br />b) Land Dedication For YMCA Facility - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to table this case. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />c) Authorization To Plant Trees In Central Park - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to approve the purchase of trees for Central Park for approximately $750 <br />and to direct City Staff to prepare a resolution to amend the 1984 Park <br />Budget to reflect this authorization. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
