Is that correct? <br /> <br />Mr. Bjorklund: <br /> <br />That's correct, except that by waste <br />equipment I mean regular trucks and stuff.' <br />Some people might construe regular waste <br />equipment as bull dozers and earth movers and <br />stuff. No, those have got to be quieted. <br /> <br />Mr. Bjorklund°s testimony, therefore, was that, based upon the <br /> <br />plans and specifications presented to the City of Ramsey, noise. <br /> <br />would not substantially diminish or impair property values. <br /> <br />The above examples are not meant to be exhaustive, but only <br /> <br />illustrative of the record's lack of support fo~ the recommended <br />findings before you. <br /> <br /> Waste Management specifically disagrees with and does not <br />accept the following portions of the recommended findings: <br /> <br /> <br />
