We <br /> I need information from the cities and townships to do this. <br /> If you have a five year capital improvement plan, would you please summarize <br /> i in very brief form the goals for 198b, through 1980. <br /> If you do not have a formal capital improvement plan, please list the city's or <br /> township's priority projects for 1984 to 1986.
