The planned development will not have an undue and <br />adverse impact on the reasonable enjoyment of neighboring property. <br /> <br />ZONING <br /> <br />I <br />I, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Once the proposed plan has been approved, the planning commission shall <br />propose an amendment to the zoning map for action by the city council, <br />as outlined in Section 17ff019 of this chapter. The planned unit develop- <br />ment shall be outlined on the official zoning map and labeled P.U.D. <br /> <br />ANNUAL REVIEW <br /> <br />The planning commission shall review all Planned Unit Development districts <br />within the city at least once each year and shall make a report to the <br />city council on the status of the development in each of the Planned Unit <br />Development districts. If the city council finds that development has not <br />occurred within a reasonable time after the original approval, the city <br />council may instruct the planning commission to initiate rezoning to the <br />original zoning district by removing the Planned Unit Development district <br />from the official zoning map. <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />! <br /> <br />170.014tl SCREENING <br /> <br /> 1.
