PHASE I I I I I Upon approval of the Proposed PUD the following Schedule will be established. January 1, 1984 Jan. - March, 198~ April and Ma)',198~ June, 1984 - Approval of PUD. - Construction of the Main Sewer Line to the Project. - Install Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer. - Grade Streets, Install Curb and Pave. PHASE II Improvements will follow the same Schedule but a Secondary Plan would be submitted for review with a density of 139 Units of which 3 are Commercial Lots. I I i' MUNICIPAL PARTICIPATION The City will be requested to sell G.O. Bonds to provide the necessary financing for the Development of the Project. The Developer in turn will provide the required security as agreed upon and outlined by the City. ~ATION I I I Implementation of the P!~nned Unit Development takes place with the approval of a preliminary plan, which would be~ in essence, concept approval of the written portion of the plan. In addition, concept approval of the schematic drawing is entailed in the preliminary stage.
