G~_]elker's health, and the health of one of her sons, is failing and to insure that her gra~]dson has his home without dissension e~mong the heirs, she has given E~vid Guelker a quit claim deed to Parcel "A" which only has frontage on an easement and is deficient in size. Filing of this parcel cannot be approved without a variance. Further, that this motion is based on the fact that the applicant is a homesteader and long time resident of the area. Fuzther Discussion: Chairman Peterson stated that there is an easement issue that needs to be cleared up. Co~issioner LaDue stated that the Co~sr, ission is dealing with property that was homesteaded in 1929; the motion can include that the City will require an easement over Parcel C or D if the street easement does not exist. ?.~otion carried.
