I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />'D~is contract entered into this day of March, 1984 between the City of <br />Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mr. Gary Dovel, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Applicant", in conjunction with the granting of a variance to <br />sul,divide by metes and bounds two ten-acre parcels in the NE¼ of the NW¼ of <br />Section 8, Tognsbip 3g, Range g5 to insure that the applicant understands the <br />terms and conditions of said variance. <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the applicant has requested a variance to subdivide by metes <br />and bounds properties in the aforementioned sect/on;and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, said parcels will be ten acres in size; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the ordinances of the City of Ramsey require subdivisions <br />of il0 acres or less to be platted; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the subdivision as proposed could result in a ten acre psa'cel <br />of property which would be land]ocl~ed. <br /> <br />NOW TltEI{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE <br />CI'I'Y OF RAMSEY AND THE APPLICANT: <br /> <br /> 1) That the applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with proof of <br />purch~se or intent to p~wchase and Iegal descriptions for both ~en acre parcels <br />prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> gt That the applicant shall, at the time of completion of the contract <br />purchase, incorporate said ten acre parcels as one and file said incorporation <br />with the City of Ramsey and the County of Anoka. <br /> <br /> 3) That the applicant ShaH. pay park fees as prescribed by City ordinance' <br /> <br />APPI.1CANT: <br /> <br />Da t e: By: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Dovel <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />By: <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
