Presently t5ere ~we!lings on Parcel 'A" (David Ouelker., C ,E~ther GueD;er), and D ,Jack G~e;~er). Parcels B , C and "D" are separate parcels of record but Parcel 'A" was always a part of Parcel "C". Please refer to enclosure (DZ-b). blrs. Guclker's health is failing and to insUre her grandson has his home without disscnsion among the heirs, she has given David a quit claim deed to Parcel "A" which only has frontage on an easement and is deficient in size so we.cannot, therefore, approve of the filing without a variance. In view of the fact that the property does have access via a 66' wide easement for a future street and it has existed for se~'eral years as a separate residence, we feel that granting a variance would be appropriate. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this request at their regular meeting of March 6, 1984 and recommended the variance be granted.
