P&R CASE: #5 <br /> <br />REVIEW RAMSEY TOWN CENTER PARK IMPROVEMENT <br />MODIFICATIONS <br /> By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ramsey Town Center is proposing to install the parks as part of the development of the <br />project instead of making land and cash dedications to the City. The scope of park <br />improvements provided has been reviewed and discussed by the Parks Commission, City <br />Council and staff over the past several months. Negotiations continue between the City <br />and the Developer. Construction plans have been submitted for East Park and South Park <br />and concept sketches have been submitted for West Park and North Park. The Developer <br />submitted Pavilion Sketches for review at this meeting.
