Chairperson Nixt commented he really likes the Staff updates. He stated if the City Council <br />moves in a direction different from the Planning Commission or votes against the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation he would appreciate knowing about it. <br />Case #9 Zoning Bulletin <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Associate Planner Wald reminded the Commission there is a Special Planning Commission <br />Meeting on June 16`1' at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Town Center Development Guidelines, which <br />the Commission will receive next week. <br />Chairperson Nixt noted he would not be able to attend that meeting. <br />Associate Planner Wald distributed the scoping document for the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Jeffrey, <br />Shepherd, Van Scoy and Watson.
