1918408 <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-11-309 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />7021 153Im AVENUE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0660 AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-11-308 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0660 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On November 25, 2003 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Julie Lorge ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one chair hair <br />salon in the dwelling on the property generally known as 7021 153rd Avenue NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Sandy Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-chair hair <br />salon on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br /> <br /> <br />
