2. That after the construction of the addition the principal structure on the Subject Property shall <br /> maintain a minimum setback of 34 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That any additional structure or additions shall be constructed in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the said addition. <br /> <br />6. That the Permittees agree that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 1, 2005, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittees may petition for an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance.
