Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-04-093 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWICK <br />VILLAGE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Turtle Moon Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for preliminary plat approval of Rivenwick Village on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Rivenwick Third Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 9, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Turtle Moon Inc. for a townhome plat to be named Rivenwick Village; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 6, 2004, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 14, 2004, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 29, 2004, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for <br />Rivenwick Village plat to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 11, 2004, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Rivenwick Village <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated March 5, 2004, revised April 9, <br />2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 30, 2004 the City Council held a work session and discussed <br />noise mitigation within the development since it is located along TH 10; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 13, 2004, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Rivenwick Village.; and <br /> <br /> <br />
