Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-04-103 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 2'~a ADDITION. WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 2na Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot BB, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on December 23, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application for the preliminary plat and site plan for Ramsey Town Center 2na Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and WHEREAS, on February 5, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on February 24, 2004, the City Council approved the preliminary plat and site plan of the Ramsey Town Center per resolution #04-02-058; and WHEREAS, on March 25, 2004, the City of Ramsey received application for the final plat and site plan of Ramsey Town Center 2na Addition; and WHEREAS, on April 23, 2004, the City of Ramsey adopted amendments to the Town Center Zoning District relating to required setbacks; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat and final site plan approval to Ramsey Town Center 2na Addition subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated April 23, 2004 b) Compliance with City Staff Engineering Review Letter dated April 15, 2004 c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement regarding Ramsey Town Center 2nd Addition with the City.
