AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter ol~ the City of Ramsey, Section <br />12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />drainage and utility easement is hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> The drainage and utility ease- <br /> ments encumbering Lot 2, Block <br /> 1, High Point 2nd Addition, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, as <br /> shown oil the recorded plat of <br /> said addition. <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This ordinance becomes effective <br />thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br />ject to tile City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by tile City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey this tile 22nd day of June, <br />2004. <br />Thomas G.
