PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF pUBLICATION ORDINANCE #04-27 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDtCA?ED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter ol~ the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: The drainage and utility ease- ments encumbering Lot 2, Block 1, High Point 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, as shown oil the recorded plat of said addition. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to tile City Charter Section 5.07.
