I I I I I I I I I I I ! i I I I I i I Counci lmember tion and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolu- RESOLUTION ~84- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR TRUNK AND SUBTRUNK SANITARY SEWERS WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting the improvement of public utilities, to the Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition and the property pro- posed as the Ramsey Center and River's Bend including but not limited to the following: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Municipal Water Municipal Sewer Storm Drainage Street Paving General Grading and Restoration were presented to the Ramsey City Council on the 27th day of September, 1983 and the 28th day of February, 1984; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions adopted September 27, 1983 and June 12, 1984, reports have been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement, and these reports were received by the Ramsey City Council on February 28, 1984 and Jul-y 24, 1984. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ramsey CitY coUncil finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property contained in the proposed plats of River's Bend, Ramsey Center and Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition. 2) Mr. Peter. R.. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of August, 1984.
