Councilmember and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION [84- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR LATERAL SEWER AND WATER, STORM SEWER AN I) STREETS (RIVER'S BEND) WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of public utility, street and grading improvements to the plat of River's Bend including but not limited to the following: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Municipal Water Municipal Sewer Storm Drainage Street Paving General Grading and Restoration was presented to the Ramsey City Council on the 28th day of February, 1984; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted June 12, 1984, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1984. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ramsey City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property contained in the plat of River'S Bend. 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted .in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of August, 1984.
